Product Overview
Restructure is the best protein powder on the market today. I know that’s a bold statement, but I wholeheartedly believe it. It’s really more of a meal-replacement shake, rather than a protein powder, because it also contains carbohydrates and fat in the perfect macro-nutrient balance.
The best feature of Restructure is that it’s both gluten and dairy-free. If you’ve eliminated both of these foods from your diet, you know how hard it is to find great-tasting foods that don’t contain either.
I’m intolerant to gluten and dairy so when I found this protein powder, to say I was delighted is an understatement. The following information is taken directly from Rnareset.com, the website that sell Restructure. You can also find it on Amazon.
Whole Food Protein Shake

Restructure is gluten and casein-free with a minuscule amount of lactose. This for me was the number one selling point, and a significant one at that with more and more people going gluten and dairy-free.
Whey Content And Micronutrients
Although Restructure contains whey, it is very low in casein and lactose, making it safe for those who are dairy intolerant. The lactose content is extremely low – about 1/10th of one teaspoon, and the whey is casein-free.This is a meal replacement on steroids because, not only does it contain all the macro nutrients, but many micro nutrients as well including:
1. Vitamin C, in the form of acerola berries, and other vitamins in trace amounts
2. Tapioca, inulin, and RnA drops that act as prebiotics
3. Silica and dozens of other trace minerals

How To Use Restructure
I use this powder in coconut milk, but it mixes easily into water, any milk-based alternative like almond or rice milk, or even juice. For me, It takes the guess work out of breakfast.
It comes in one flavor – which is vanilla. I really enjoy the taste. It isn’t gritty at all, and when I mix it in my blender, it’s very creamy. Try mixing it with frozen berries!
I love the convenience of being able to take a pre-made shake with me on the go.

Pros
Very nutritious, convenient, mixes easily in any liquid, highly absorbable, tastes great, has added nutrients like Vitamin C, healthy fats, and prebiotics, and is great for those who are ill or have food sensitivities. Like many products in the stores today, Restructure doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners, but is sweetened with Stevia.
Cons
The price may be steep for some people, even though Restructure is comparable or even less expensive than similar products containing inferior ingredients or no added nutrients. Although unlikely, people with autoimmune disorders may be sensitive to the pea and rice proteins in Restructure.
Key Points
In my opinion, Restructure is the best protein powder on the market. You can order the individual packets, if you want to try it out before ordering an entire package. What do you have to lose besides a little weight?

What protein powder do you use? Would you like to try Restructure? Let me know in the comments:)
Thank you for this very interesting article on a great protein powder. Personally, I am wary of processed foods no matter how great they are marketed. I always wonder what would be the findings for these products twenty years after they first hit the market – when people use them without the restrictions applied during the testing phase. How do they affect our bodies? Or will we even be able to tell if they have some negative effect on our health?
Candy Benn
Hi Candy,
Thanks for reading my review of Restructure. It’s the best protein powder I have found to date. I’m wary of processed foods too, especially when a lot of time and effort is projected into marketing them, which always makes me suspicious.
Processed foods mess with blood sugar and hormones so it’s best to steer clear of them. Unfortunately, many protein powders fall into this category. Give Restructure a try – you’ll love it! Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment:)
